mouthwatering recipe for you.
Ingredients:
2 cups ripe, peeled and diced mangoes

cup diced onions
1
cup diced celery
1/2
cup green bell pepper
1/2
cup red bell pepper
2
finely chopped jalapeno peppers *(if you like less spicy add just 1)
1
freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
1/3
cup chopped cilantro leaves
1
teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/2
teaspoon freshly ground pepper powder
Salt
to taste
Preparation:
Take
a big bowl.
Combine
all the above ingredients.
Mix
well.
Refrigerate
for 2-3 hours before serving.
Enjoy
it with tortilla chips, tacos, crackers or with any grilled meat/fish.
