Vegetable stir fry is a great tasty, easy recipe for any age group. You can use your choice of seasonal vegetables
with some spices.
Ingredients:
2
tablespoons oil
1
medium onion thin sliced
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon ginger powder
1/2
teaspoon pepper powder
2
cups diced yellow squash
2
cups diced zucchini
2 cups
cauliflower florets
1
cup celery sliced
1/2
teaspoon chicken flavor bouillon powder (brings nice flavor)
1
tablespoon soy sauce
Salt
to taste
Preparation:
Heat
oil in a pan on a medium heat.
Add
onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add
vegetables and increase the heat to high flame, stir for 3-4 minutes until
vegetables are tender crisp. Cover with the lid for 1-2 minutes and stir.
Add
garlic powder, ginger powder, pepper powder, chicken bouillon powder, soy sauce and salt to
taste.
Serve
over steamed rice or enjoy with a bread of your choice.
